This very comfortable self catering modern 3 bedroom house is located in the beautiful district of Sao Martinho.
The house contains 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people, the kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freeze, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, washing machine & dishwasher. There is one bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, and also a separate toilet.
The outside area contains a barbecue, a small garden decorated with typical flowers from Madeira, a dining area, and deck chairs with a small table where you can eat and relax in the sun.
Free high speed Internet access (Wi-Fi) throughout the entire house is available. Cable TV is also available. If you are staying for 2 weeks or more there is a free weekly house service in which we will clean the house, wash the linen and change the beds.
