There is a full bath with tub or shower and a spacious laundry room with washer and dryer on the first floor with separate entry. Full kitchen with granite counters, bar seating, stained glass window and modern appliances.

Quinta do Cabouco is located in an oceanfront complex with a glittering swimming pool, attractive grounds, and private beach access via a convenient walkway. The sun rises over the Atlantic and sets through the Intracoastal both clearly visible and simply awesome every day!
