Description

Sunshine Cottage is a newly refurbished period stone cottage built circa 1900 enjoying a quiet elevated position with views over the village of Beer. The cottage will sleep 6 plus the occasional guest. Sunshine Cottage is located 1 minute from the main street and 4 minutes walk to the beach. Beer is an attractive historic fishing village nestling between soaring white cliffs famous for it’s lace making, stone and smuggling. An ideal resort for families – clean, safe beach – beach huts available for daily or weekly hire. Enjoy the beach cafés – a stroll along the coastal path – eat a Devonshire Cream Tea.

Sitting room/dining room with original pine wood block floor. Two sofas, oak dining table and cast iron stove. TV, video, CD player, DVD, radio, books and games. Recently fitted cream shaker style kitchen. Well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and tumble drier. Ironing facilities, hairdryer Three bedrooms – two double and one double/twin, travel cot, highchair. Bathroom – white suite – bath with shower over, WC and hand washbasin. Gas central heating. All bed linen can be included. Large enclosed paved terraced garden to the front of the cottage with garden furniture and barbecue. Outbuilding and storage space for bicycles. Parking – for unloading/loading only. Gas and electricity included. Mobile telephone reception. Sofa bed for occasional guests. Restrictions - one small behaved dog welcome – smoking is not permitted inside the house.
