Located on Playa Tortuga in the East Cape, Casa Bellamar is a beachfront oasis tailored for people who like to vacation in complete privacy and comfort. This 6,500 square foot home is located on a beautiful white sandy beach about 20 minutes outside of the cultural town of San Jose Del Cabo. East Cape is an area located northeast of Cabo San Lucas and is best known for its private beaches on the Sea of Cortez that are perfect for snorkeling, surfing, and fishing.
Casa Bellamar has 8 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, and can host up to 18 guests. This home features an open-concept floor plan to allow for its guests to simultaneously enjoy the indoor and outdoor living areas. Food lovers will rejoice in the gourmet, chef-inspired kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances. For those who don't want to cook, this home comes with a full-day chef so even if you don't use the kitchen much, you can still enjoy the benefits it offers. Six of the seven bedrooms feature a king-size bed and all of them have an en-suite bathroom and HDTV. Four bedrooms have a private terrace and ocean view and two of them are located in the casita and feature a kitchenette. There is a spacious in-home gym so you won't have to miss a workout while on vacation.
The exterior of this villa is one of the best in the Los Cabos area. While being just a staircase away from the sand, the owners of this home wanted guests to be able to fully enjoy their time on the property grounds as well. It features a very well-maintained private yard that is one of the biggest in all of Cabo. As you make your way through the yard, you will find a pool and hot tub that provide sensational beach and ocean views. With multiple palapas and shaded areas, a fire pit, and plenty of lounge seating, you can enjoy uninhibited outdoor relaxation. This home also features a BBQ and outdoor dining area. Catch a game of tennis on Casa Bellamar's private tennis court.
This villa comes with a full-day chef (food not included), an in-house butler, daily housekeeping, and a 24-hour Personal Concierge. With a fully-staffed villa, you won't have to worry about a single thing on your vacation.

- 13-16 guests: Two Extra Helpers - $340 USD / day + 16% IVA
- 17-18 guests: Three Extra Helpers - $510 USD / day + 16% IVA
ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.

The villa was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Our concierge Jonatthan Lopez did a great job having the primary suite decorated for my wife's birthday and providing the kitchen staff with all the information on dietary restrictions. And speaking of the kitchen staff, chef Daniel and his team made sure that there was plenty to eat and the food was delicious. He was even able to produce wonderfully creative vegan dishes for my son in law. Can't wait to see them all again soon.
