Welcome to our gorgeous retro-inspired rooftop apartment located in the heart of beautiful Leslieville. This two-story flat has the perfect balance between fast-paced city life and private relaxation, situated just a 5 minute walk from incredible dining options, shops and parks on both Gerrard and Queen Street E. Why not soak up the summer sun at renown Woodbine beach or spend the day exploring Toronto's downtown, both just 10 minutes away in opposite directions from where our place is located!
The space
This stylish 2 story apartment showcases both vintage and modern accents with over 1,000 square feet of overall living space. The space is equipped with central A/C and heating to ensure our guests stay nice and cool in the summers, and comfortably cozy during the winters. Inside our guests can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, 2 bluetooth speakers and fully functional turntable along with a collection of vinyl records, for all their entertainment needs. Outside our guests will be able to sip on their morning coffees or afternoon drinks on our rooftop patio while enjoying direct views of the CN Tower.

Bryan’s place was just what we needed during our travels. The place is located in a great neighborhood with loads of places to eat as well as being accessible to public transit. The property had a cool aesthetic, very comfortable furniture and we loved the roof patio. Bryan was helpful and friendly and answered my queries within minutes. This apartment in Leslieville was a wonderful stay. We stayed overnight after a concert at History which was a 5 minute drive/25 min walk! We were about a 15 min drive from downtown Toronto. The space was very clean and spacious, the patio was an added bonus! The only issue we had was that since it was so hot outside and the curtains were open, it was quite hot in the apartment especially upstairs, even with the air conditioning running the entire time. This of course is more of a seasonal and excessive heat case scenario but just something to note. Very accessible location and accommodating hosts!

We stayed here for 5 nights. The place was really nice and clean. The property had air con, and a lovely roof terrace with the CN Tower in the back round. It had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen. The shops were a 5 minute walk away including McDonalds and a Walmart. The property is about 15min drive from downtown Toronto. Overall I would recommend this property if you are looking for a base that is quiet and still central enough to the city.
Such a wonderful and relaxing stay! The patio was such a lovely bonus and so appreciated. The living room was so cozy. We loved the record player. The apartment was stocked with all the essentials and everything was spotless! Such a great location easy walking distance to great restaurants and bars and close to transit roots that can easily take you downtown. Highly recommend!
The trip was perfect. The place is very well situated and quiet while being close to the city center.
Had a great stay, the place was exactly as advertised, clean, neat, and we enjoyed some tunes on vinyl! Bryan was responsive and helpful. Good location near restaurants and walkable.
