Enjoy this fully appointed home. Living room and bedrooms furnished with local furniture and decorated with local artwork and fully stocked kitchen. The best part is the outside deck where you'll find yourself wanting to sit for hours with a good book or over a drink with friends and family.

This resort is not your typical tourist area. It is a secure out of the way paradise with abundant nature and wildlife, including frequent sightings of howler monkeys, tropical birds, and leatherback and other large turtles laying their eggs on the beach.

Constructed with local materials including bamboo, eucalyptus, and other local hardwoods such as nispero and carbon, this house fits right in with its natural setting. Powered by solar panels, wind, and a gravity fed water system, this house is completely off the grid.

Warm weather, warm ocean all year. Guests at Marian's Villa get access to a private swimming pool, 9-hole golf course ($25.00 p/p green fees with clubs and cart available to rent)and 2 of the best surf breaks in Central America: the Colorado and Panga Drops. Plus many other amenities.

Food and Alcohol: for $35 per day/per person owner will provide 3 meals and 5 drinks (alcohol) per person. Meals are home cooked and include fresh seafood and other local fare.

Transportation: to or from the Managua Airport for up to 4 people-$140.00 (one way); from 5-10 people-$170.00.
