Casa Palmas is a contemporary beachfront home located in the best part of Tamarindo, between Capitan Suizo, and Langosta beach club. Just a 5-10 minute walk up the beach to the town center, but still on the more laid back part of the beach.
Casa Palmas offers two options for your vacations:
-The Beach House, up to 7 people with 3 bedrooms/3 bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful swimming pool kid friendly, a luxuriant tropical garden and a fantastic large terrace right on the beach.
-The Beach Studio, perfect for a couple or a group of 3 people with it's one bedroom and sofa bed, kitchenette and private bathroom. The studio is on the second floor of the house and has its own access.
Both are completely separated, you can rent the entire property, or only one of the two.
The house and the Studio offer telephone, cable TV, wireless internet, A/C in all bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, private parking with automatic gate, laundry, maid service and security guard as well.
Renting with us makes your vacation easier. We can help with anything you need, transfers every where in the country, excursions in and around town, special packages with surf, rainforest and volcano trips. It is just as simple as asking, you just enjoy the 'Pura vida' lifestyle.

I came to Costa Rica in 1989 on a surf trip and absolutely fell in love with Casa Palmas which is right on the beach in front of a great surf break. I am a long time resident of Tamarindo and plan to be for the rest of my life. Pura Vida. Nick Nick purchased this house in 1989 This property is absolutely beautiful, and the location simply can not be beat.
Great house right on the beach! Great location a few minutes from town. Great staff that keeps the house in perfect condition. And a great host in Nick! Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Can't wait to come back!

in my opinion this is the best house on the beach. we have stayed in the area before but this place by far beats all the rest. house is clean, great service...Nick is genuinely a nice guy and good looking too I might add. If you need anything all you have to do is ask and he will make sure you are looked after. you walk right on to the beach from the house. Its a 5 minute walk to the town of Tamarindo, which is a great town with everything you would need or could ask for. the Costa Rican people are all nice and friendly and the food is awesome here too. lots of night life if you want it. the ocean is beautiful here and if you surf this is the perfect town and beach to do so. I would definetly recommend this place to everyone except for the dates that I would like to come back and rent again
