The apartment is a studio space with open bedroom and full kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. There is a plush queen bed, comfy couch, coffee table, and high top dining table with four padded chairs. The entry has plenty of storage available including racks for outdoor activity equipment ( snow boards etc.). There is a coded keypad to unlock the door, so access is never limited. Located in the City Park area, there is walking access to everthing the Park has to offer. City Park Jazz every Sunday in the summer is a local must-do, plus the zoo and the museum of Nature and science and 14 lighted tennis courts. In a short walk you can be at the 18 hole City Park golf course. If night life is more to your taste, the apartment is in walking distance of Colfax Ave. with the Bluebird theater music venue, Atomic Cowboy/Sully's Pizza/Denver Biscuit Company and Stella's which is great for brunch or cocktails. Hooked on Colfax is a local coffee shop, Sprouts Farmer's Market, and Endorphin Gym ( they offer 1-week out of Towner rates are all within a two block radius. The apartment is located within 3 miles of downtown Denver where're uou will find Coors field, the Pepsi Center, Colo. Convention Center, Elich Gardens amusement park, the Denver Aquarium, the Art Museum and so much more. If you are looking to get out of Denver, the apartment is 2.5 miles from I-70 which will get you to Winter Park, A Basin, Breckinridge and Loveland within two hours drive. On the weekends there is a ski train to Winter Park during the ski season. Red Rocks famous amphitheater is 30 minutes away and Golden for hiking is only 25 minutes. If you wish to explore the 9th street mall in Boulder, you are 40 minutes away on Hwy 36. Uber and Lyft are reasonable options to any of these activities as well. Finally if you are flying home via DIA, it's a 30-40 minute drive, plus there is now the A train located at 40th street and Colorado that will get you there in 29 minutes. |
