New basement lock-off in the historic town of Saint Ignatius, Montana. Located in the northeast part of town with unobstructed views of the Mission Mountains and Garden Wall, this space is in town but with the peaceful and private feel of being in the country. It has two good sized bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own vanity/sink area outside the Jack-and-Jill style bathroom. There’s a living area with a double-sized futon plus flat-screen TV with a Roku that includes Hulu, YouTube, and Amazon Video, a DVD player, and an HDMI hookup to hook to your own laptop. There’s also a kitchenette with sink, microwave, mini fridge/freezer, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, table with 2 stools, and all the dishes and utensils you should need for a comfortable stay.
Saint Ignatius is next to the National Bison Range, 35 miles north of Missoula, 10 miles south of Ninepipes Wildlife Refuge and Museum on Highway 93, and a short 30-minute drive to Polson and the southern end of Flathead Lake. It is also home to the famous annual Good Ol’ Days celebration and historic St. Ignatius Mission church. Saint Ignatius (or “Mission” as it’s known by the locals) is rich with outdoor activities within minutes of the property; from hiking and mountain biking in and around the Mission Mountains, to swimming, kayaking, and floating at the numerous surrounding lakes and rivers. Plus world-class pheasant hunting, fishing, and sight-seeing!
So whether Saint Ignatius is your final destination for your summer or winter adventure, or a stop on your way to Flathead Lake, Big Mountain, or Glacier Park, I think you’ll find my property is the perfect place to rest your head and plan your adventure!
