Located less than 2 miles from the most beautiful white sand beach and only 5 minutes from the new International Airport in Rio Hato. It has a large deck, private swimming pool & huge yard. The yard is cover with rich green grass, flowers, plants and a variety of tropical trees such as mango, coconut, banana, plantain and others. The home is also complete fenced-in with a private gate. This amazing home has large living/dining area with beautiful ceramic floors. There a very comfortable living room sofa, loveseat & queen sofa bed, a 46" LCD TV with Satellite & wireless Internet. And the dining area as a dining set that sits 8. The kitchen is large with granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances including a microwave, coffeemaker & toaster. The laundry room has a washer & dryer. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms including the terrace and Air Conditioning in the living/dining area and bedrooms. And don’t forget the large relaxing swimming pool in the back yard!

This Beautiful Private Beach Home is Located in Santa Clara, approximately 90 minutes from Panama City, but only 5 minutes from the new International Airport in Rio Hato. We are also only 20 minutes from Coronado & 20 minutes from Penonome two well-developed cities that include many amenities in the area including 4 major shopping plazas with supermarkets, pharmacies, mail services, medical clinics, eye care, dental care, art & craft shops, fine restaurants and there's even a McDonalds, Domino’s, KFC & Subway.

Rental Policies & Deposits: 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation. Damage deposit is 10% of the total reservation or $100 minimum. Damage deposit is due at check-in time & will be returned at check-out time after inspection. La casa está super bien cuidada, cuenta con todo para pasar una buena estadía, área verde enorme, piscina super cuidada, limpia, no huele a humedada porque esté cerrada (muy importante por alergias). Como sugerencia, una cama adicional o sofá cama. Translation: This is Marilu's Review The house is very well cared for, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a huge green yard, and the pool is well cared for and clean. There is no smell or humidity in the house even when closed (very important for allergies). I really had a great, lovely and relax time with my family... the house is very beautiful, and spacious.. the big land surrounded by an inspired vegetation provide the peaceful sensation that invites you to simple enjoy and relax.. WE had a great time and swimming in the pool at night or early morning was AWESOME. The house and land is VERY SPACIOUS. We loved getting fresh pineapple and watermelon off the truck in the morning hours as it rolled through the area. It was very quiet and peaceful which really set the tone for the weekend get away. The only downsides was that some of the amenities and appliances mentioned were not available which made for us to be creative as we were sort of depending on them for our stay. Despite that, the beach was beautiful and the time we went was not very crowded. Ms. Evida was very kind and readily available if we had questions. Overall, it was a nice get away, tucked in off the side of the road and made for a relaxing time away from the city!
The home is far removed from the rest of the world. The swimming pool is very beautiful. Even though a great beach is nearby (about 1 mile) having a private pool available was most enjoyable to go swim at anytime. The country air and natural surroundings made sleep come easy. The furnishing in the interior of the home allows a relaxation in comfort. I'm a vegetarian so it was easy to get excellent fruit and vegetables from the country store and kiosks in the area. Fresh fish from the sea is available and there arelocal cooks always willing to prepare any dish you may want. Overall, a great trip that allowed me to escape a hectic world.
My family and I had a lovely time at the beach house. The pool was clean, the yard was large and well kept, the kitchen was functional, and all the rooms were large. Overall the house had all the comforts you need.
