Make Villa Descanso your home away from home. Three full suites ( two with private entry), a breathtaking atrium entry and an open floor plan that you will always remember. This spacious Villa is ideal for three couples or a family.

Our Villa is one of six Seascape Villas. The complex has onsite management and the on site Concierge, can book tours, scuba diving, fishing, snorkeling and trips to the mainland for cave tubing, zip lining, Mayan ruins and more.

We provide many extra amenities, including a 65" flat screen TV, Cable ( over 100 channels) including HBO, Starz,Showtime, Cinemax CNN etc. Blue Ray DVD player with DVDs-- High speed internet, a guest safe and a cell phone is provided during your stay. . Bikes, Kayaks and fishing rods are also provided. Feel free to use the tennis Court; a couple of rackets are available. If that's not enough we also pre stock the fridge with welcome coffee, a dozen eggs, a loaf of thick cut whole wheat bread, margarine and jelly. A private Chef is available.

Our Welcome Binder contains a wealth of local information including restaurant suggestions/menus, TV listings, Coastal Xpress (water Taxi) schedules and recommended scuba, fishing and snorkeling guides.

Please note full DAILY MAID SERVICE. Bedding arrangement.. Queen in the master suite and a "split" king in the other two suites. These are normally configured as a king in one suite and two separate beds in the other suite.

Also note that we offer several SPECIALS that we were unable to list under the rate section.. Ask us about our SPECIAL pricing with bookings of 10 nights or longer.. If you plan to just relax and only go into town on occasion you can walk, bike or take the convenient Water Taxi service. . Golf cart rentals are available at discounted rates for exploring the island fully. Golf carts are gas powered and fun to drive on the island. Carts are delivered to Seascape for you.

PRICING.. The low season and special price price is for the entire Villa up to 6 people. The HIGH SEASON and HOLIDAY SEASON prices are for 2 people. Please see pricing notes for additional pricing for extra people during high and Peak season rentals..

Additional Rate Information

Refundable Damage Deposit $500

PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional 6% service fee charged by Seascape for maid service and on site concierge. Belize charges a 9% hotel tax. The $459 rate is for the entire Villa. Rates quoted for High and Peak seasons are for 2 guests. $50 extra for 4 and $100 extra for 6 guests. Please contact owner for family discounts and any specials that may apply.

Please note a $500 security deposit is collected 1/2 with the initial deposit and 1/2 on final payment. All bookings are handled through a U.S. Bases trust account and you do not pay the owner directly.

About the Owner

We own a commercial property in San Pedro and fell in love with Seascape. What's NOT to fall in love with. The Villa is breathtaking. This is now our 2nd home and we are excited at this new adventure in our life. We pledge to make your vacation as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The onsite staff is very attentive but, rest assured, we are just an email away if you have any issues at all. We intend to furnish amenities that are consistent with the beautiful house and setting. The 65" flat screen TV, cable with HBO,CNN ,STARZ etc.),High speed WIFI and Blue Ray DVD player are Just examples of how we will value your visit in our home away from home. Peter Rosenthal purchased this villa in 2015

Fantastic Villa In Paradise!

Seascape Villas is beyond fantastic. The pictures don't do it justice. It is even more beautiful in person. The grounds and pool are pristine! The villa itself lacks nothing. Everything you might need is there and all of it is of good quality. Furthermore, the onsite concierge, Lupe, is wonderful. Anything you might need or any excursion you might want to do, she will take care of it for you. Our daughter ended up getting an ear infection while we were down there and Lupe was able to get us in to see a doctor right away. She was fantastic! I can truly say that in all the times my family has visited Ambergris Caye this is undoubtedly the most beautiful villa we have experienced.
