About Ron Warne We live in California and we enjoy our place in Belize 4 times a year. We have been going their sense 2002. Stayed at different places there and enjoyed it so much we bought our place. Ron Warne purchased this Condo in 2007 Why Ron Warne chose San Pedro We have traveled to Fiji, Cayman Island, Hawaii, sea of Cortez. We liked it so much we decided to buy Belize. We really enjoy the diving and the people are down to earth. They teach english in school and they all speak it. US dollars are excepted and they like our money. Exchange rate is 2 Belize dollars for 1 of ours. What makes this Condo unique From our veranda we sit and have morning coffee looking at the beautiful landscaping, and the ocean. The view from the living room and the kitchen is also ocean view. Hope you love it as much as we do.
