This place is a little run down and you do not get the whole house. It is just a section of the house at the bottom. When we were there we could not swim on the beach. If you just need a bed to sleep in it was ok, although my friends opted to stay in a hotel because they felt the location was uncomfortable and kind of in poor condition.
Jose was an amazing host helped us with whatever we needed from the island. I would highly recommend staying with him
This is an awesome location. Jose was exceptionally friendly and a great host. He picked us up and dropped us at the ferry boat, organized snorkeling for us and was helpful with directions. I am looking forward to going back.
Jos is an amazing host. He was quick to respond to my question about his place. He met us upon our arrival in San Pedro. Amazing location, golf cart to rent. I would go back there again with out hesitation.
For us, staying with Jose was the perfect experience. Before we even arrived in Belize, he had booked a ferry ride and taxi for us. He treated us like family the entire time we were there. His place is close enough to the night life of San Pedro that you can easily walk there but far enough away that you can hear the sounds of the water at night to sleep. I can't imagine a better place to stay in San Pedro.
