Description

Located on the bay of Azul, Gran Pacifico is just across from the Soriano Mall. Common WIFI is available in the Lobby. Longer-term bookings may request lower pricing including WIFI if they take responsibility for the cost of their electrical usage. The rate may be lower by as much as $450 Cdn. With excessive use of air conditioning, electricity can run as high as $400 a month. Otherwise, it is $80 if one uses the ocean breeze with the screens open. The space
This suite has 3 levels with a top patio that views the whole Bay of Azul. It has 5 beds with the Master Suite having a King, while there is also a double and 3 twins. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything from microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, blender, pots, iron etc. There is also a lock on one of the linen cabinets in order to use it like a safety deposit box.
 
Guest access
Gran Pacifico GP is ocean front with an amazing view of the whole Bay, the beach and an acre-sized pool with waterfalls, weirs, kids' pools, swim-up bar and suntanning pools, games area, tennis courts and a fully-equipped exercise room. Everything is included accept use of the courts at night, the exercise room and the sauna are at an additional charge of $50 pesps. During high season GP has restaurant services, and massage therapy by the pool. Located across from a large grocery store, there is everything from Night Clubs to Casinos, Karaoke, and more than 30 restaurants within a walking distance.
 
Interaction with guests
Please check-in at the Front Desk with your identification. For security purposes provide the names of all members of your party prior to check-in for issuing security bracelets. We have underground parking. Please provide your licence plate to the Front Desk who will issue a permit for your front dash. Please make arrangements for early or late check-in.

Note :- 1. Longer term stays are asked to pay their own electrical bill with an additional $250 discount where the ocean breeze cools the suite and a/c tends to run around $60 to $80.
            2. Cancellation Policy is Strict with 50% upon booking, where a cancellation will result in a $100 fee and a pro-rated return of the deposit according to the number of days during the booking get re-booked. The closer in the higher the probability that it will not re-book.

I am from Drumheller, Alberta known for its dinosaurs. My husband and I are frequent travellers, although our favourite place in the world is Ajijic, Mx. We are just in the process of developing a large fundraiser for our Charitable Foundation. Good location and well maintained property

We found this in VRBO and emails were responded to very quickly. The rental was easy and this property is in a great spot. The beach here is not suitable for swimming, just some ankle deep splashing around. Very nice views though and best pool in the entire area. Across the street from malls, groceries and many nice places to eat. Property is very safe and secure with attentive 24 hour security, however this area is very safe without it as well. Manzanillo is a great place to explore without all the "resort" industry ruining it. This felt like real Mexico. Walked around everywhere Without worry. There were some hiccups the rental but the owner was very quick to fix things and accommodate. The best beach is a 7 dollar usd cab ride or less away. We would stay again for certain. Great value.

We love Manzanillo

We have been to this area a few times before and love it. This listing as said in the head line is central to most things, you can walk to get groceries, two; great restaurants are across the street. There is a large pool with a swim up bar, a large palapa with ping pong table and there is also tennis courts on the complex property. If you need to travel away from the area say to the flea market which is held on Saturday, the buses are easily accessible and if need be the clerk at the front desk will call a taxi for you. The photos of the rental were quite accurate, there might be some differences as the owners have more then one unit, but the furnishing are very much the same. The unit and the whole complex are well maintained and very secure. We would have no problem recommending this property to anyone as this property is a little more elaborate then some others.
