La Maison des Chênes du Logis de l\'Astrée is the property of our family for 7 generations. It is today a viticultural estate where we produce Vin de Pays, Merlot and Sauvignon. We produce Cognac and Pineau des Charentes on the familial estate.
I hour north from bordeaux and 1 hour south of La Rochelle, the Logis de l\'Astrée is located near Cognac, the famous town where is from the most famous spirit of the world.
we will provide you a warmfull and gentle welcome and give you all the details you need to have very interesting stay in Charentes. We are close from the Ocean (45 minutes), near Bordeaux (1 hour) and La Rochelle ( 1 hour) but the very close area of Logis de l\'Astrée is very rich in Roman Church, Roman Abbayes, Cognac producers to visit and very famous distillery of Hennessy, Martell, Remy Martin, for visiting and tasting.

The two closer airport are Bordeaux, and La Rochelle. Then you may rent a car and drive 1 hour to arrive at Logis de l\'Astrée. The TGV comes from Paris to Angouleme which is 45\' far from Logis de l\'Astrée. Car rentals are avalaible in Angouleme.
