Por Fin Dogmans BEACHFRONT VILLA makes it easy to please your large group. With a private pool, and one of the best surf peaks right in your own backyard, you may never want to leave! Especially at sunset !! LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION! Our villa is surrounded by almost an acre of BEACHFRONT tropically landscaping gardens that makes a natural fit for your family vacation or event.

The French doors from the living room, kitchen and dining area open onto a beautiful covered lanai overlooking the pool with an unobstructed view of the sea. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, and each bedroom has a sink and mirror. These accommodations are all on level 1 of the villa. The house can accommodate 12 -14 comfortably in spring, fall, and high season. With a 6 th bedroom which is available in the summer months, the villa can accommodate up to 16 guests.
Great surf break !!: Dogmans Beach is a surf break between Maria?s beach and Tres Palmas beach. All three beaches are within walking distance of each other. Even if you do not participate, just being on the beach and watch them ride the waves is thrilling.
When there are no waves, there is good snorkeling at the reef close to shore. All beaches are open to the public in Puerto Rico, but, this stretch of beach is as close to the 'Private' beach as you can get.
Walk to the lighthouse to watch the [seasonal] whales or just enjoy the breathtaking views.
A short walk to the left will bring you to Tres Palmas beach.

Destination Wedding and family reunions with up to 100 guests are welcome at Por Fin Dogmans beach. There are additional costs for functions that include others than those staying the villa.
We are located within walking distance to some of the most other popular wedding villas in Rincon making it a great place for your family and friends to stay. A short walk to Maria's beach and Tres Palmas beach.

An on-site manager or Steve and I either live on the second level of the villa or are just a phone call away. We invite you to share our piece of paradise! Summer months may have a local manager in the house as well. Please call or write availability as they do not use the online calendar.

San Juan airport 90 miles away Aguadilla airport 17 miles away. Flights from Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale, Newark, JFK.
Rent a car at either airport and drive to Rincon. Roads are good. Directions are easy to follow.
Aguadilla airport has mostly red eye flights. Note: Check in time at the villa is 3pm and check out 10am.

Steve and I have owned property in Rincon since 1994. We were blessed to be able to purchase Por fin dogma beach villa in 1999. We are proud to be “adopted” members of the Velasquez Family who owned all the surrounding land for many many years. We love sharing our piece of paradise with visitors from around the world.
We reserved this property last year for our stay over this Easter, Anna was a treat to deal with. We had a crew of 13, all ages from 7 years to 66 years. The property has something for everyone, kitchen, living and outdoor accommodations are superb, not to mention the pool and the hot tub, (NOTE, it isnt a hot tub temperature wise just a bubble whirlpool but just as good as no heat needed) Walk out the gate and you are on the beach, take a short walk and you have drinks and a bite to eat at a local restaraunt, I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a group. House and grounds are clean and well manicured.
I needed a private retreat and I found it by Fin Dogmans. My family and I had an unforgettable time there. With all the comforts of home, we spent 4 nights bathing in the pool and beach, eating, drinking and relaxing. It was a magical time; one we will never forget Can not wait for our next trip. This is the first time I used the Homeaway website to book a rental property. I was a little nervous at first about sending the deposit but I put my trust in the amazing reviews and after several phone calls and emails to Anna I felt confident that I could also trust in her. This vacation was planned as a couples retreat for my husband and I along with 4 other couples. The property was true to the above pictures and the house was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was very open and airy. The air conditioners in the bedrooms made it very comfortable to sleep at night. The landscaping was beautiful and provided a lot of shade during the peak hours of the day. The beach was great and thanks to the previous reviews we all brought some water runner so did not have to worry about the sea urchins or rock fish. The homeowners, Anna and Steve were amazing and very helpful. They went above and beyond our expectations and kindly assisted us with a special request upon our arrival. We all had an amazing holiday. I would highly recommend this property. I am planning to return to By End Dogmans in Summer or 2018 with a group of very excited Girl Guides. Thank you so much for such amazing memories that we will cherish forever !!
Our family and a few friends, 11 of us in total had a wonderful stay at Casa Por Fin !! The house had plenty of space so we did not feel crowded. The house was clean when we got there, although we would have loved an extra maid service half way through the week! The pool was relaxing and we spent a lot of time in it. Brought our own floaties which were very necessary. The beach was beautiful - fun looking for shells, but if you enter the water be sure to wear water shoes and watch out for sea urchins. The town was cute and we ate at Tamboo Tavern, The Beach House and the Sushi Restaurant which were all good! Very low key town which made for a very relaxing vacation! Enjoyed every minute of it! The Snorkel / Bio Bay Tour through Paradise Scuba about an hour away is an absolute must - it was so awesome !! Oh,
