Steve and I have owned property in Rincon since 1994. We were blessed to be able to purchase Por fin dogma beach villa in 1999. We are proud to be “adopted” members of the Velasquez Family who owned all the surrounding land for many many years. We love sharing our piece of paradise with visitors from around the world.
