We purchased 9 weeks here, and will use all 9 weeks when we retire, but in the meantime will use 2 weeks and rent the others.

We love the area and had previously owned a Time Share at the Royal Haciendas in Playa Del Carmen and had the opportunity to upgrade to a Fractional at the Grand Residences. You can’t beat a 4th floor OCEAN FRONT condo, sometimes we just sit on the patio for hours and look at the water. You’ll love it!

Definitely better appointed than Time Shares, all of the amenities are First Class.

It is the # 1 rated resort in the Yucatan Peninsula.

The facility is spectacular and the service is wonderful.

Great for families, we take all of our kids, grandkids and extended family there every year.
