Villa de las Olas has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master has a king bed and private bathroom with a shower and whirlpool tub. One guest bedroom has two twin beds and private bath. The other guest bedroom has a queen bed and one twin bunk bed and also an adjoining bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with all large and small appliances and cooking utensils for preparing your meals at home. The townhome is furnished and decorated with luxury tropical furnishings from Costa Rica. Villas Catalina #16 is located in a secured, gated community a five-minute walk to two beautiful beaches on the 'Gold Coast' of Costa Rica. The townhome is 2,400 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps seven.
The floor plan is designed for maximum privacy for all guests. The home is on two floors with laundry room, master bedroom and guest room and bath on the lower level. The kitchen, living and dining areas and one guest room and bath are located on the main level. The home is fully furnished and was professionally decorated. Amenities include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and fully-equipped kitchen. There is a BBQ grill on the patio for your use and safes are available in the master and upstairs bedrooms.

This villa was beautiful and everything it appears to be. Cooked almost every day in the excellent kitchen and the setting was overall fantastic. Watched the howler monkeys move to the beach on the veranda every morning.
My Family and Friends spent in this beautiful villa 3 nights. Very comfortable house with large Kitchen/Living/Dining area. Large and clean Bedrooms with separate Bathrooms. Nice view to the ocean from Living Rm balcony. Beautiful pool located up at the hill with incredible view to the ocean. Short walking distance to 2 beaches with dark and yellow sand. Driving distance to very good restaurant close to Krain Office.Do not travel there with no 4x4 car. If you planing to go on road 911, expect passing river twice, road is about 6 of miles of dirt and rocks only. Very challenging.
Never been to Costa Rica. My girlfriend & I have always wanted to go. We found several homes in the area we wanted to be in, but this one stuck out. Let me tell you, the pictures do it no justice. Home was clean and secure (had alarm system and guard at gate). We were there for roughly 8 days and wished we had more time there. The pool, which was up above all the units had the most beautiful view. We already discussed if we go back to the same area, we would definitely look at staying there again.
