The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet with a safe for storing your valuables, and an en-suite bathroom, complete with beautiful tile, a large shower, and plenty of vanity space. The second bedroom features two twin beds and closets. There is an in-unit laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All rooms enjoy air conditioning, but feel free to open the windows and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing along the beach!
This home is located in El Destino Condominiums, a very desirable and private development that has only 5 units total, giving you plenty of space and privacy in the gorgeous pool, lush gardens, and other common areas. The unit is located on the second floor and overlooks the gorgeous pool and gardens. There is parking available and security.
El Destino is located right on the beach of Playa Potrero, which is known for its warm, gentle waters and family-friendly beaches. Along Playa Potrero you can enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, boogie boarding, kayaking, fishing, sailing, snorkeling, horseback riding, or simply lounging in the sun. For those wishing to take sailing lessons, there is a sailing school approximately 400 meters north along the beach. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance along the beach, and several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and fruit stands within walking distance from this condo in the town of Surfside Estates/Potrero.

The good:Location is perfect. Within walking distance to restaurants and right on the beach.The outside of the building is new and clean and the pool is very nice and well kept. Security everynight makes you feel safe. Could use some improvement:The interior of the unit is a little rundown. The back bathroom and closet smelled like mildew. The kitchen is not well stocked - enough to get by, but could use some things - ie. wine glasses.Krain will arrange tours and activities for you, but if they say the tours are full make sure and check on your own as there must be companies with whom they have no affiliation. We called for an evening catamaran tour and they couldn't find a booking, however we were able to find one on our own. Not a big deal - but make sure to check on your own too.
The service was great and the accommodations were perfect. So... serene! Location is perfect too.
this is a spacious comfortable condo with great views and fronts a gentle beach. a ceiling fan was not working at check in; it was repaired the same morning! great staff/housekeeping.
