Our condominium is located on the famed East Course, number seven Green. Walk, bike, drive 880 yards to the Beach Club. We have a gorgeous water to golf to water view. Live comfortably in our 2000 Square foot, Ground Floor, single level condominium. You will find every amenity you would want in your own home.
Guest have access to our community swimming pool.
Access to Sawgrass Country Club amenities and facilities are only available with a temporary club membership. Call SCC membership office for details.

Everything you need for a vacation in Ponte Vedra! Accommodations are excellent, very spacious, very clean, and very comfortable and relaxing! Exactly what we expected from the photos and description! A great place for children, too. We had family coming from Madrid with ten year old twins and they love the bunk beds and the large TV in their room. Best mattress in the master bedroom that I have ever slept on! Safari themed decor worked well for us, casual and beachy, too! Definitely, will stay there again! Thank you Tom and Jennifer!
Another great stay here during our annual GA/fla week. So convenient to beach, stores and very good restaurants of all price ranges. Recent interior renovations have made this year's stay even more pleasant. That beautiful view of the 7th hole at Sawgrass East doesn't hurt either. Look forward to staying here for year's to come.
The one thing that can make or break a vacation for me is whether or not I feel at home. No matter how fantastic a place may be, there’s usually some element of it missing. But Tom and Jennifer’s place had it all. After a long day of travel, we arrived very late. The minute we stepped in, I felt like I walked into my best friend’s home. We felt so at ease! It was IMMACULATE, with an open and warmly inviting feel. The layout is fantastic and allows for everyone to have their own “space”. The vibe is cool and relaxed. Leather couches to sink in to. Huge farm table to seat a small army. Fantastic kitchen. Spacious bedrooms. Soft sheets, fluffy towels. TVs with cable, and WiFi to keep everyone happy. Being right on the golf course gave such a tranquil feel to it all. It was really beautiful. The beach was easily accessible via a speedy bike ride. We pedaled back and forth daily with ease. Overall location was the best! Publix, CVS (with a Minute Clinic which came in handy), coffee shop, restaurants, boutiques were a stone’s throw away. Everything was so accessible! I loved everything about our stay here and hated to leave. Already dreaming of our next visit!!
We would stay again and again! The condo had every comfort of home and the location was perfect.
we had a great time 4 adults three kids under age 9 they loved it. spent time at beach, played golf, fished in lagoon outside back door and 9 year old caught 8 lb. largemouth 4 different nights.
