Casa Katarina is located at the entrance of the gated community of Playacar phase 1, only two blocks from the beach and one block from the charming outdoor shopping mall Paseo Del Carmen and 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, access to a private bathroom and balcony. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM. (Unless other arrangements are made. Additional fees might apply). Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price. Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks. Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
