From the balcony you can enjoy the nice views of the marina area with the boats and also watch the fish jump in the bay. If you are fortunate, the whales will also entertain you at certain times of the year. Watching the sailboats leave and return each day is also nice.
There are many birds and animals in the area to also enjoy from this location.
The mater bedroom has a king bed and one guest bedroom has a queen. The upstairs loft area has two twin beds. The condo was recently remodeled and has all new hardwood floors and the master bath is completely redone with a natural rock shower. Each room has a/c and ceiling fans.
The condo is located on the 3rd floor, very private and secure. Parking is also provided. The pool area also has nice views and a jacuzzi along with the infinity edge swimming pool.
