About the area
Ocean Front Condo located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, with the best view. The 5th. Avenue is only 1 block from the condo and also the 12th St where is concentrated all night life of Playa del Carmen. There is a supermarket just 4 blocks from the appatment where you can get your groceries and main local transportation sites are approximately 5 block from here.
Getting around
Everything in Playa del Carmen downtown is walking distance, is not necessary to rent a car to be around. If you want to travel to the Riviera Maya you can rent a car, or hire a private tour.

The closest airport is Cancun, the distance is about 45 km or 50 minutes. There is a Transportation Company that we recommend to our guest, the service is private and professional, the units are luxury suburbans or spacious van.

It is necessary to provide your arrival time to the property, me personally receive you at check in, show you the condo and give you the keys. Anything that you may need during your holidays I will be glad to help you. |

This is my 4th time to Mexico and my 2nd year in a row at this property. It has the perf ct view and everything inside to enjoy your trip. Highly recommended!
Review, I have travelled several times to Mexico. Mazatlan, Cancun, Rivier Maya, Playa Del Carmen... Most of which I stayed in all inclusive hotels. I love Mexico - weather, culture, atmosphere - especially within Playa. This rental property was more than perfect. Everything from the sand all the way up to the amazing management. The manager - Zoraida was a spectacular and graciously pleasant person to deal throughout the entire duration of our stay ( 11 nights ) she was helpful with everything to do with the condo as well as with any question we had about the area, restaurants, etc. The condo literally speaks for itself. The views, ambiance, balcony, all together helped make this one of the most memorable trips I've gone on to date. I will definitely be looking to book here again in the future and quite possibly make an annual trip here. If you want beauty, relaxation and a true getaway... You can find it here ... If you want to mix it up your only a few blocks away... Zenzi ( the restaurant beach bar down stairs ) has great staff, live music and unexpectedly GREAT food! Frequented there a lot during our stay. Santittos is a little Margarita bar on the corner who is only open after dinner hours until 2am - AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY OWNER ( we went there every night for at least one drink ) What more can I say, Shopping is close, beach is closer and the only thing you will be missing - is it all once your vacation is over...
