The location of the condo was great just 1 block from the beach and from 5 Ave shopping area. It is a large 2 bedroom and 2 bath. The condos itself are in the old Spanish style structure and very cool. It has a nice pool that was right outside our door. It had great wi-fi and dish network for TV. The air conditioning was very welcome. If I have to say anything negative it would be that the furnishing were quite sparse. I would suggest beach chairs, umbrella and cooler be available for the beach experience. No toiletries were provided and there were limited towels. We had most of this covered as we are used to traveling with VRBO but for future reference I believe it would enhance the renters experience. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo and we look forward to doing so again.
