You will enjoy privacy and an enviable relaxation. It has three rooms each with private entrance and bathroom. Pool and Jacuzzi inside the property. There is a Suite with two private terraces and two doble beds.The other rooms have a King Size Bed.

Each room has a nespresso coffe machine and Smart Tv with Netflix.

The common areas of the property are perfect for a family meal or lay down on the sunbeds.

Casa Gem staff is available 24 hrs for any help you may need.

Policy

The payment of the room must be done in advance, at the time of registration. If you decide to extend your stay we will try to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee the room for the following night’s..


  • Once the reservation is paid, it is not refundable.
  • A deposit of 1800 MXN is required to cover loss of objects. This deposit can be given in cash or through a signed voucher of your VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS card. The voucher or cash will be returned to you once you have formalized your departure, as long as there are no outstanding accounts with us, this after the review of the room to check for the towels, Nespresso machine, control of t.v. and others.
  • Check out time is 12:00 a.m. And the check in time is at 2:00 p.m.
  • All rooms are non-smoking.

For people who require transportation to the airport, they are requested to ask for it one day before.
The use of bicycles is free (check availability), in case the bicycle returns with damage or is not delivered will generate a cost that the reception will notify you.
