Stunning sea view Luxury Villa with Private Swimming Pool

My family just spent 10 beautiful days in paradise! Having been to Costa Rica many times, this is one of the best locations we have ever stayed. The house is gorgeous, the view stunning and the hospitality amazing. Thank you Carlos for all of your assistance and wonderful suggestions for things for us to do. We spent most mornings on an adventure...climbing to a pristine and very private waterfall, snorkelling, touring Isla Tortuga, hiking in a private bird sanctuary, surfing in Santa Teresa, kayaking...followed by a lazy afternoon by the pool or down at the beach. Every morning and evening we were greeted by the sounds of the howler monkeys and birds and a family of white faced monkeys visited the fruit tree beside the deck at sunrise and sunset, it was definitely a highlight of our stay. We had some great meals of fresh seafood at Las Vegas and Gracies and met so many wonderful people. A special thank you to Carlos and his team for helping us navigate through our car rental problem--be sure to rent from Carlos or a reputable company, we booked through Expedia (ACE) but they did not have our vehicle when we went to pick it up. We will definitely return again and look forward to seeing the new properties that are being developed in the coming months:) Thank you again for making our Christmas vacation so spectacular!

This was our first trip to Costa Rica, and we absolutely loved the villa. The view was incredible, and our kids had a great time in the pool. We'd usually wake up and enjoy our coffee with the howler monkeys, then the kids would use the pool in the morning hours while it was in the shade. In the afternoon we'd go down the hill to enjoy the sand at Playa Organos. Carlos, the owner, was the consummate host. He made sure we were comfortable, enjoyed our stay, and gave excellent suggestions regarding tours, day trips, and even the local ceviche.

I shouldn't write a review because then people will come and it should really be kept as a secret. Everything was better than advertised. The view is stunning, you can choose between staying by the pool and watching the sunset and the monkeys or explore the beautiful peninsula with countless beaches, islands, etc. Carlos the owner is unbelievably helpful and welcoming, just making our life easier and better. I've travelled all over the world and this is one of my best experiences, for the location, the architecture, the country and Carlos's kindness.

That was simply a dream vacation for me and my fiance. Very private user friendly luxury villa with a nice pool and the view...absolutely breathtaking. Beautiful tropical beach closely surrounded by beautiful islands such as Isla Tortuga, with tons of palm trees, clear blue ocean water perfect for swimming and diving; there is a river you can jump into and flow into the ocean with its fresh water after a refreshing walk :) The owner and his property manager were great, helped us booked some awesome excursions beforehand and gave us all the necessary info about the area. Very helpful, opened and professional. Thank you once again! We loved the abundance of wildlife like monkeys, parrots, iguanas etc. and all of ocean life. We will definitely come back again and hopefully stay for good! :) Amazing unforgettable experience... Unquestionable "6" stars!!!

Having stayed in villas in over 15 countries in the past 2 years, we can honestly say that anyone would be hard pressed to find a better location to get away from it all than Bellevue Isla Tortuga. While the villa itself is incredibly modern, luxurious, and comfortable, the way it mixes in naturally with its surroundings is unparalleled. The home is stunning, safe, secure, and comfortable, and yet you still get the truly authentic experience of being one with nature as soon as you step outside. Inside and outside are truly two entirely different worlds. Needless to say, Carlos' villa is the perfect blend of luxury and convenience mixed with privacy and tranquility. We have yet to stay in a place where we enjoyed such peace and serenity yet were only a few minutes drive from everything we needed in town, as well as just an hour drive in every direction if we wanted to see a new town and enjoy a new experience. Whether you are looking to kick back, relax, and never leave the villa, or want to take day trips to montezuma, mal pais, or santa teresa, you won't regret making this your home base. Every day the howler monkeys stopped by for a visit at least once, a plethora of birds popped in to serenade us, and the friendly neighbourhood armadillo would pop in looking for a drink. The locals around town are friendly and happy, and Carlos is the best host that anyone could ever ask for. If there was ever a problem, he was always just an email or phone call away and had our issue resolved almost immediately. While we fortunately had the pleasure of enjoying Bellevue Isla Tortuga for a 2 full weeks, we still had to be dragged away kicking and screaming at the end of our vacation. In fact, we loved the area so much we are already planning our next visit! Whether you are planning a romantic trip to Costa Rica for you and a loved one, are planning a family getaway, or are looking for a place for you and a few friends, we cannot recommend Bellevue Isla Tortuga enough. You won't regret it, we promise.

We absolutely could not have picked a better place for our honeymoon. The next neigbour is 1 mile away, enjoy absolute privacy! People are very friendly and safety is no issue in that area. Costa Rica itself is lovely, and the villa was a perfect spot. We stayed for eleven days, doing a whole lot of nothing, although there is plenty to do if you want to. The villa is exactly as pictured, the view is just amazing. The cleaning personal stayed at the house when we arrived so we could check first the house and they left when we told them everything was ok for us. Tambor is a 20 minute drive, Montezuma 40 and Santa Teresa/Mal Pais 55 minutes drive. Nature is just.....wow.... you will see more animals from the houese then in the nearby National Parks. You will see for sure white face and howler monkeys, lots of birds, eagle, colibries, coati, butterflies, frogs, lizards and much more. We shopped locally (there are 2 big shops in Paquera), and were able to buy fish that had been caught that day, and then cooked at home. Call Alexandra and she will bring you frish Oysters, yammi? There are also some great local restaurants, must try Las Vegas. The view from the pool to Isla Tortuga is just wonderfull. The only bad part about the villa is when it is time to leave. You will not want to go! Thanks to Carlos for arranging everything for us, including the very helpfull list with things to do in the area including phone numbers. Will be back next year, for sure!

We stayed at villa Bellevue for 8 days with my husband and my 3 year old son. After a long journey from France we arrived at Paquera by boat and were glad the villa was less than 10 minutes drive from the pier. The location of the property is ideal as you are close to the shops and restaurants (try Las Vegas and its seafood platter!), 15min away from Curu Park and isla Tortuga, 10 minutes drive from the kayak activities, 1 hours away from Montezuma and Santa Teresa... The beach is really close and beautiful, you can also spend some time at the hotel nearby and its breathtaking views (Vista Las Islas hotel) What was really amazing was the true experience of the jungle we lived, waking up with all the animals, seeing the monkeys all day beeing by the swimmingpool, we saw so many birds it was unbelievable, and all this from our house. Actually, each time we went in a national park we were nearly disappointed as we had all the same animals at home ! The view is really amazing and better in real than in picture and seeing isla Tortuga from the pool is unique ! Our son had a great time, we would have loved coming with some friends to share our adventure. The access is tough however you get used to it and I recommend renting Carlos' car as it is really necessary to have a good 4x4 for the whole area. We had a problem with the pump in the pool and we were delighted that Carlos took care of it straight away. We thank Thomas for the warm welcome and help.

Have travelled the world quite a bit. Costa Rica is definetely one of the top locations I visited. It's Paradise! My stay at the Villa in Playa Tortuga was absolutely wonderful! If I had to describe Paradise, I'd picture it like that. The Villa is located on top of a hill, a modern, tastefully asiatic/modern furnitured interieur makes you immediately feel like home and the view is absolutely astonishing! The rooms are very spaceous, the main bed room reminds me of modern Robinson Crusoe with the canopy bed and its white linnen curtains flying in the breeze, the wooden floor, the open windows ... accompanied by the sound of nature. One could think to be in a remote location which is somehow the case. However, within 10' you reach the next house/hotel, one of the best hospitals is pretty close, grocery shopping and the next bigger village is in 20' reach as well and most of all, one of the best Ceviche Restaurants is a stone's throw away. Last but not least, the beach is a short walk or drive away where we got picked up for diving. Isla Tortuga is reachable from there in 20'. If it comes to diving, you have all you need. There are even two wrecks in the area. As a result, I was able to do the Advanced Diver licence there. I will not forget the evenings sitting outside of the house with the freshly blended Mojitos, the chirring of the crickets outside, the moon and the stars, fresh BBQ, story telling, ... And next day while you have breakfast, you get a visit from the howler monkeys, sitting in the trees making their way down to the shady area of the rain forest. An unforgettable holiday!
