CHECK-IN: After 2 P.M. (unless earlier by special arrangement).Maximum occupancy number for a property may not be exceeded. CHECK-OUT: 10 A.M. (unless later by special arrangement) RESERVATION DEPOSIT: On condos a $200.00 deposit and on homes a $300.00 deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Deposits may be charged to VISA, Mastercard or Discover. Exceptions to this include reservations for Christmas, Spring Break and on monthly reservations when the non refundable deposit required is 1/2 the rent for the period reserved. Full payment of the balance due is required at check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICIES: Except as noted below, a 30 day notice to cancel is required for refund of the reservation deposit less a 15% service charge. The deposit on reservations for Christmas, Spring Break and on monthly reservations is non refundable. Cancellations with shorter notice are subject to deposit forfeit and may be subject to full payment for the period reserved at our discretion. Any cancellation with no notice will be subject to full payment for the period reserved. No refund will be given for early departure. DAMAGES: Any charge for damages done and/or excessive cleaning time required will be charged to your credit card. PETS: With prior permission, a limited number of properties will accept a small dog under 20 lbs. There will be an additional charge of $10/day or $50/week and a refundable $100.00 pet deposit. Undeclared pets can result in fines up to $500.00 and requests to immediately vacate the unit. SUBSTITUTIONS: We reserve the right to substitute due to unforeseen circumstances. Rates are subject to change.
