I'm a native of the Sarasota area, but my mother moved here in 1997 and I've really enjoyed getting to know the area. I particularly LOVE Shell Island! You can rent a pontoon boat and take a ride out there and it's amazing. Dolphins greet you along the way and it's so beautiful that it's like stepping into a painting when you get there. I've always dreamed of living on the water. Now we enjoy the white sand whenever we can. Ed Rickers/Briana Parker purchased this condo in 2016
