Our tenth floor, two bedroom suite has a spectacular beachfront view and plenty of room for the children to play. We provide the convenience of home with a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, with upgraded appliances and granite counter tops AND washer and dryer.

The LIVING ROOM, over-looking the gulf, also has at 60" HD TV with DVD.
The spacious MASTER SUITE, with king size bed, has 60" HD TV with DVD. Private master bath with large garden tub and separate shower and double sink vanity. The master suite also features a beautiful TANTRA CHAIR™ in the bay window overlooking the wave's below. There's also a private entrance from the master suite on to the balcony. Prop the door open slightly and hear the surf crashing below all night.
The large SECOND bedroom has a king size luxury bed. There's a large 60" plasma screen as well. The second bedroom is right next to the second bathroom with a large oversize tub and shower.
This unit also has a queen sofa sleeper in the living room as well as “hall bunks” that are great for the “kiddos!” There’s even plenty of room under the bunks for luggage and toys. The bathroom is accessible to the bunk area and the rest of the condo.
From “your” generous-sized tenth floor balcony, you’ll enjoy the soothing sound of crashing waves and the sea gull’s jubilant melody! You’ll WITNESS NATURE AT IT'S VERY BEST as you spot schools of dolphin frolicking and rays making their way along the shoreline!

AvailableI'm a native of the Sarasota area, but my mother moved here in 1997 and I've really enjoyed getting to know the area. I particularly LOVE Shell Island! You can rent a pontoon boat and take a ride out there and it's amazing. Dolphins greet you along the way and it's so beautiful that it's like stepping into a painting when you get there. I've always dreamed of living on the water. Now we enjoy the white sand whenever we can. Ed Rickers/Briana Parker purchased this condo in 2016
My wife and I went for a quick get away and it was great. Nice beach, clean room, great view, everything was as promised.
What can I say, this condo exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and roomy. It had everything we needed to cook, do laundry, wash dishes, take out the trash, etc. The only complaint I had was that the bedroom door wouldn't lock shut but that was no big deal. I would have liked some bath rugs in the bathroom but that wasn't a big deal either. I would definitely stay in this condo again. Watching the New Years Eve fireworks on the pier from the master bedroom bay window and the balcony were incredible. Can't wait to go back!
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, the condo was clean, and it was a great size space for our family to make our vacation amazing. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs that were included in the rental. Additionally, there were several great restaurants within walking distance.
Panama City is absolutely gorgeous, This room gives a great view of the beach and allows you to feel right at home. It is equipped of everything you need and allows you to have a fantastic vacation. My wife and I loved this room and would recommend it to anyone.
It was wonderful, I could live there and not change a thing! Beautifully decorated, spaceous, loved the bay window. Loved not have to take beach chairs an umbrellas. It didn't have a 9x13 metal or glass baking pan, we use that size a lot and a mixer, no big deal went to Walmart ??Like I said I would like to be a permanent fixture there??????????????
