ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Luxxe Presidential Villa is the Grand Luxxe Nuevo Vallarta resort’s most palatial accommodation and the closest to the beach on the entire resort property. This approximately 4,370 square feet villa has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and is located exclusively on the building’s corners, which allows guests to enjoy 180-degree oceanfront views. The Luxxe Presidential Villa features a sprawling terrace with two plun ge pools, a gourmet kitchen, two king-size beds and two queen-size beds, two living rooms with sleeper sofas, two dining rooms, three Jacuzzi tubs, and five 42” LED TVs. With your stay in the Presidential you will have access to certain benefits which include: special concierge services, your own Butler Service, preferred check in, preferred T-times and spa times, and preferred restaurant reservations. You will have your own special platinum wristband that grants you access to exclusive seating areas in the pools between the ocean and the building. Accommodates up to 10 adults and 2 children. Other amenities include free access to acres of pools (with water slide, wave pools and lazy river), beach, Kids Club, Brio Spa and Fitness Center, Tennis, Nicklaus-designed 18-hole golf course and an array of fine and casual dining.
This Rental price includes up to 16 free rounds of golf (over $1,700 value), 2 free spa treatments ($250 value), free internet service and free shuttle service from the airport to the resort.

POOL:
Grand Luxxe Presidential Villa guests will plunge into the glamorous, climate-controlled private pools surrounded by several jacuzzis, pool bars, cabanas and lounges. The private pool has a personalized concierge service offering free popsicles, cold towels and sunglass cleaning. It is truly is a Grand Luxxe luxury. The other pools within the resort each have a different theme; a lazy river, water slide, wave pool and a shallow childrens playscape for the little ones to enjoy.
