Description

A spacious, 1200 sq ft suite consisting of full two bathrooms and featuring a chef's dream full kitchen with an island and built-in sit-down bar, stainless steal appliances (refrigerator with an ice-maker, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, wine rack, and a full set of cooking and serving gadgets), set in custom birch cabinets, a large formal dining room, a living room with panoramic views throughout of five massive volcanoes (Mt. Douglas, Mt. Augustine, Mt Iliamna, Mt. Redoubt, and Mt. Spur), the Ninilchik River, the ocean, Historic Village and Church, and a cozy large fireplace set in hardwood floors.

Also provided for your enjoyment are a 32" satellite television, telephone, DVD/VCR player with a large private movie collection and an Alaskana library. The downstairs game room features a custom card table with poker and Pinochle card decks, chess, checkers, dominoes, bingo, a video game station and a television with a DVD player.

A spacious master bedroom features a king size bed, two full master closets, a mirrored vanity and headboard. As you lay in the king size posturepedicbed, watch the sunset over the volcanoes, gaze out at the stars, see satellites passing over or falling stars and listen to the ocean or see the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) dance across the winter sky in its colorful splendor.

Close your eyes and you will hear the whisper of the oncoming tide and surf. There are 2 queen couch sleepers and 1 twin sofa sleeper spread throughout the suite. If you think being home is nice, come here and enjoy luxury beyond believe.

This is your dream home away from home. The suite comfortably sleeps up to 7 people.

Policy

RESERVATION GUARANTEE & CONFIRMATION:
Your credit card is charged in full at the time you book. Your reservation is confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of a full payment including a sales tax. We accept cash, personal check, debit/credit card with Visa/Mastercard logo. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival.

CANCELLATION:
We realize that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. Cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount and full tax.
Cancellations less than 30 days before check-in date are non-refundable.

To cancel your booking, please advise us by phone at 907-277-1800 or by sending an email to info@alaskaadventuresuites.com and inserting the word "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
No-shows, early check-outs, and abbreviated reservations will be charged for the entire reservation and no refunds to be issued. Alaska Adventure Suites cannot be responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies and other matters.

PAYMENT / SECURITY DEPOSITS
Debit/Credit Card Payment: Upon booking, a credit card payment in full will be required for the entire reservation amount and sales tax.
Cash Payment: Guests wishing to pay for their stay in cash will be required to pay for the entire amount of their stay plus a $100 security deposit upon check-in. The security deposit will not be released until 3 p.m. the day of check out, once housekeeping has inspected and cleaned the room.

Check Payment: Checks are accepted as a payment method for the reservations with at least14 days prior to check-in date.

NSF fee: A fee for the returned check is $35. If your check is returned by the bank, you reservation is cancelled unless a replacement payment is arranged within 24 hours.

OCCUPANCY POLICIES:
Housekeeping - Alaska Adventure Suites is your home away from home with the finest amenities possible. For extended stay guests, we offer a 4th day maid service; the housekeeper will visit the premises for a clean-up every 4th day of your stay (change of bedding and towels). We respect your privacy and insist that you feel at home.

No pets are allowed in our suites under any circumstances. A cleaning fee and penalty of $1,000 will be charged for pet trespass and actual damages.

No-Smoking - All suites are non-smoking. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for smoke damage. Guests found smoking inside the premises will be subject to evection without a refund.
Excessive soiling – A cleaning fee will be charged determined by damage caused from excessive wear and tear, including damage from fish processing/handling and other unreasonable activities. Fish processing stations are available throughout the area in addition to numerous fish processing services. For your convenience we provide a large freezer for holding your processed fish or other perishables.
Parking On-street parking is not allowed in the Village. There is a 3-vehicle driveway provided for the Volcanoes View Suite (including long vehicle, trailored and/or motor-home parking) and a 1-vehicle private driveway for the Village View Suite. We provide extra vehicle parking at the Ninilchik River Bridge, an enjoyable short walk from the Suites.

OCCUPANCY RESTRICTIONS:
Maximum occupancy for the Suites is:
Volcanoes View Suite – 7 persons
Village View Suite– 4 persons.
Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per guest / per night and will be subject to immediate eviction. This is deemed theft of services. The registered party will be responsible for the penalty charge. Alaska Adventure Suites management reserves the right to enter and inspect any room upon showing of good cause.
