This secluded prairie-style cottage is within walking distance of Mineral Point on the adjacent bike trail. It is well-suited for friends vacationing together, for family vacations or for couples. It will accommodate six people. The main floor, accommodating two, may be rented alone. The lower floor with two bedrooms and a bath, will accomodate 4 and may be rented as an additional package. For your complete privacy and enjoyment the cottage is rented to only one party at a time. The main floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with a large stone gas fireplace, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and shower. You are surrounded by original art work, books, and textiles in a home furnished with antiques and rustic furniture. For your convenience there is wifi, tv, and central air conditioning. |

Deposits and Cancellations: Deposit equal to 50% of total will be charged upon acceptance of reservation, balance due the day of check-in. Customers paying with a check or cash must pay the entire amount at the time the reservation is made. No refund for early departures. Refund will be made on cancellations received 20 days prior to reservation date, minus $50.00 cancellation fee. If a last minute cancellation is necessary and the suite can be re-rented, your fee will be returned minus the $50.00 cancellation fee. If it can not be rented the full amount will be charged. |
