Arnie's place is exceptionally great. The location is perfect, don't need to rent a car. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice back yard and gated carport. House looks better then in the pictures. The best part for me is that it's in a affluent neighborhood where you feel safe. The host was very helpful and hospitable.
Went with a group of friends and it was our first visit to Mazatlan. We couldn't of chosen a better house to stay in. The ladies who greeted us where very welcoming and helpful. We were located down the street from direct beach access and the main road. The location was ideal and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house itself was very big and spacious and we loved the fact that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The house has wifi and everything you need to feel right at home. We will definitely be returning again! Thank you, Arnie!
The home is spacious and accommodates groups of large families or friends traveling together. The location is perfect with various amenities nearby. The beach is within a short walking distance. We really enjoyed sitting in the back yard patio area. There are two refrigerators which is great for large groups. There is two sitting areas one upstairs and one downstairs. I definitely recommend the house due to the spaciousness and it is centrally located in a beautiful neighborhood.
Arnie behaved excellent throughout the process, from booking until the last day that was all hosted family (14 people total). Since we arrived at the house we were greeted by a lady named Magdalena (super friendly) who offered us a tour of the house showing us where the bedrooms, living room, dining, towels, sheets and extra blankets were for if they became necessary and we handed sets of keys. The house is very spacious as seen in the photos, for large groups it is excellent as it has 5 full bathrooms and a half bath on the first floor. Climates work perfectly, even with the awful heat mixed with moisture in mazatlán not a single member of the group complained about not having slept excellent. It has its own refrigerator and kitchen if anyone wants to cook something and has a huge yard that had it not been so hot we had used. The house is in the best location, we did 10 minutes to the beach walking, around the same time or a little less for small stores, and there are many restaurants within good distance to walk or take a taxi if they find the intolerable heat . The whole family was delighted and looking to repeat the trip coming home from Arnie again as it met all our needs for space, service and location. I highly recommend it, was always aware of that all was well and not missing us anything. Thank Arnie!
first on a scale of 1-10 i give it a 10++++ beautiful house in the heart of the golden zone close to everything less then 3 minute walk to the beach.exactly like the photos and even nicer when you get to see it,everything super clean inside and out.towels and bed linens super clean ,marble floors through out very classy,,..also weeks before i arrived arnie the host contacted many times and made sure i felt comfortable with everything that i needed to make a enjoyable vacation..he made sure i was ok daily and made sure i can contact him if i needed anything for my the entire trip and i have traveled many times in the past to mexico arnie the host i can honestly say he made me feel like family ,,,thank you so much arnie and thank you magdalena and yes i will be returning soon again and again, gracias para todos me encanta la casa mucho no cambio nada yo regreso pronto
I really recommend staying at Arnie's place he and his sister were awesome hosts. They made our stay super easy and made us feel like we were at home. We ended up arriving pretty late and they were nice enough to set us up with some groceries so we wouldn't have to go out shopping in the middle of the night, when we arrived we paid for our groceries and didn't have to take a trip to the store, and we were pretty much setup for the rest of the trip. The house is amazing for a large group of friends or family, every room has it's own bathroom and shower, which made things so much easier for everyone to get ready in a timely manner, every room had it's own A/C which was great because it can get pretty hot especially if you're not use to 83-87 degree weather. The area is also very safe, quiet, and quite beautiful we had no issues and it was walking distance to El Malecon, and the nightclubs!
Arnie and his sister Maria where by far the most welcoming hosts I have met. They constantly checked up on my party of 6 to make sure we were all accommodated at all times. If anything was needed they were on top of it. The home has had more upgrades then what I had seen in the pictures. There is a gate at the front that makes everything more private. The neighborhood is very tranquil and calm. Every room had its own bathroom which gives every room its own privacy. The house is very well kept and the kitchen has all the appliances that are needed. The house was way bigger then I anticipated when I first arrived. It is a very open layout and the high ceilings are wonderful. All in all Ernie was an amazing hosts and the house was way better then anticipated. All our guests loved the home and are looking forward to another stay in this beautiful home.
