Aeolus 5 bedroom holiday rental Villa consists of 5 bedrooms each with ensuite marble bathrooms. The holiday rental Villa is detached, including a private swimming pool and a garden. On the ground floor are located 2 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, a sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen with 4 ring stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, a toaster, a wash machine, a dishwasher. A stair leads to the upper floor with 3 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, 2 furnished balconies with spectacular sea views. All rooms are air-conditioned. A Satellite TV, a DVD player, sun beds, sun umbrellas and a BBQ are available.

You can sit down, relax & enjoy a majestic peaceful sun set watching the sun slowly going down to the sea colouring the clear sky with his golden rays. Quite and peaceful just 5 min by car from Makrys Gialos village centre, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. From the furnished terrace, balconies or swimming pool you can enjoy the sunrise or the sunset.

Can be accommodate from 4 to 12 people.

Bedlinen and towels are provided. Please, supply your own beach towels.

Cleaning, change of bedlinen and towels twice a week free of charge.

Policy

  • 30% of the price is required as deposit. The balance would be paid upon arrival. In case you are a smaller party of 3-4 persons and you like to spend your holidays at Aeolus Villa having your own privacy, call or e-mail us for details. Long stayers & renters for the winter time are welcome. Please, call us or e-mail us about the prices for a long stay.
  • Car hire from/to Heraklion airport, with full insurance and a/c can be arranged after request. More info about car rental you can find here. It would be charged extra. Bike or motor bike hire is extra charged after request.

Nous avons passé quatre semaines dans la villa AEOLUS au mois d'Aout 2010. Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. La villa est très spacieuse et elle fut assez grande pour 12 personnes dont 7 adolescents de 13 a 21 ans ! Elle est située dans un endroit très calme à quelques encablures de toutes les commodités. La villa est quasi neuve et les matériaux sont de qualité, 5 salles de bains et toilettes, 6 chambres, une grande pièce à vivre et la climatisation dans toutes les pièces. George et Nota sont adorables, discrets et toujours prêts à aider. Ce furent des vacances formidables que enfants et parents ont énormément appréciées.

As we talked on the phone every one of the group (and don't forget we were 18 people), came back home with a big smile on their faces…. The Villas were excectly what we were looking for and did fulfille our needs. We stayed 2 wekks in Villa Aeolus with our three kids in 2010 and had a great time! Pool, beach, clean and comfortable house with two perfect landlords to greet us and take care of us. The small town nearby (Makrigialis) offers everything we needed like shopping, taverna, infrastructure. The surrounding area is great for discovery trips. In total: this place is highly recommended for people who want to have quiet vacations off the beaten paths and mass-tourism.

Met vijf echtparen op vakantie in één huis en ieder een eigen slaapkamer, douche en toilet. Waar vind je dat. In Aeolus! Prima verzorging van huis en zwembad. Prachtige omgeving. Om terug te komen. Een aanrader.

Wij gaan elk jaar met 5 vrienden paren een week met vakantie.Nu de 1e week van Juni naar Kretea in de Vila Aeolus in makrigialos. Wat een prachtig huis op een zeer mooie lokatie. Een paar minuten van de zee. UItstekende verzorging van de eigenaren. Dit hadden we niet verwacht. Exellent. wil je naar kreta. gan dan naar 1 van de 3 villa,s.
