The property is beautifully suited to entertaining with a large open kitchen, wet bar, sitting room, living room, and a dining table that accommodates eight.

A covered patio offers ample shaded space for relaxing and entertaining with a dining table for four, a couch and two oversized lounge chairs. Clear views of the cove make for perfect viewing of brilliant sunsets.

Laze in the sun at the infinity-edge pool or enjoy the Jacuzzi while admiring the views of the ocean and mountains.

Policy

Policy:
We require a 50% deposit on all accommodations reserved, including tax. You will receive a transaction receipt and an email confirmation will follow. For cancellations less than two weeks from date of arrival your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE and you will be charged for the balance of your reservations. In the event you have not notified us of a cancellation or you do not show the total amount for your accommodations reserved will be charged to the credit card you provided.

Terms Conditions:
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Your email will be answered shortly with a description of the accommodations, rates, and other information. If you wish to reserve based on our reply, you will be asked for 50% as a deposit. Taxes of 13% are not included in the rates quoted. A 40 day cancellation policy is in effect prior to check in date, and must be in writing via email or fax. 40 day cancellation notice required for Christmas/New Years/Easter Weeks. A one night deposit will be charged to the credit card you have provided for each room reservation.
