Description

Aldea Thai is a modern and economical condo located at Playa Del Carmen, in the unique of Mexico. From this quiet Mexican condo, with its big wooden balcony, you are overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The sunrise, colors of the ocean and the green mountains, are giving this calm place it´s romantic exuberance.

There are two large air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, cable TV, and walk in closet. The master bedroom has a walk-in cabinet and en-suite bathroom and leads out to a private submerged courtyard garden. All the rooms are light and airy with vaulted roofs.

The ample living and entertainment areas are a great space to relax with family and friends. You can simply enjoy each other’s company without feeling like you’re on top of each other.

Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and blender.

The condo is ideal for family reunions, seductive wedding reception, or a group of friends dangling out and having a good time. Free access to public beach and shared exclusive beach for villa guests is just minutes away.

Aldea Thai vacation rental rates $1400 per night. Until verified, rates are subject to change without notice.

Policy

A 5% service charge will be added to the rental rates.

A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 3 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.

The total rental amount is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.

If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations outlined below:-

75% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 90 days prior to the arrival date.

50% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 61 - 90 days prior to the arrival date.

25% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 31-60 days prior to the arrival date.

No Refunds if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
