The bedrooms are stacked with king-size bed, queen size bed, twin bed and sofa sleeper. You will be happy to cook your favorite recipes in the fully equipped kitchen. There is an excellent provision for fireplace as well. The bathrooms are nicely appointed as per modern standards.

The amenities that Las Olas 204 vacation rental offers are nearly endless. Take pleasure in your leisure time inside our retreat watching satellite TV; you can catch some movie as we even have the DVD player. The workout session consist of gym and numerous sports like air hockey, basketball, foot ball.

Rates of Las Olas 204 are $1100 per week. Until verified, rates are subject to change without notice.

Policy

A 5% service charge will be added to the rental rates.

A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 3 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.

The total rental amount is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.

If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations outlined below:-

75% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 90 days prior to the arrival date.

50% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 61 - 90 days prior to the arrival date.

25% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 31-60 days prior to the arrival date.

No Refunds if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
