Description

Natz Ti Ha H101 Condo is bright and cheery, recently renovated, spacious studio condo in a building straight on a pristine stretch of white sandy beach. Natz Ti Ha H101 is centrally located in the heart of Playa Del Carmen.

There is a relaxed queen size platform bed. The living area has a relaxed love seat and a six person dining set. The Living room has very large moving doors that open onto the balcony, which looks over the beach. The bedroom has a Queen scaled Pull-Down Murphy bed. The condo comes appointed with all linens, towels, kitchen apparatus, stereo, CD player, tape deck, cable TV, VCR/DVD, Wi-Fi Wireless Cable, air conditioner, and many other facilities.

The kitchen has a burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and is fully prepared with glasses, silverware, pots and pans. All you need to carry are your clothing and music.

The Playa Del Carmen area is the main tourist area and home to several casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within wandering distance. Although being so close to such a chaotic area, the condo is very quiet, apart from course for the constant sound of the waves crashing on the beach below.

Natz Ti Ha H101 vacation rental rates $1225 per night.

Policy

A 5% service charge will be added to the rental rates.

A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 3 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.

The total rental amount is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.

If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations outlined below:-

75% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 90 days prior to the arrival date.

50% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 61 - 90 days prior to the arrival date.

25% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 31-60 days prior to the arrival date.

No Refunds if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
