Description

Lagos is one of the nicest and friendliest towns in the western Algarve and is an hour drive by car from Faro airport. The old center is still almost a complete city wall. Lagos has always been a market town with a fishing port and fish market and a luxury marina. Numerous restaurants offer at very reasonable prices varied food culture.

The modern and spacious apartment is located in the charming Marina de Lagos, the new marina, is located on the third, also upper floor has a large balcony on the south-west overlooking the Marina and downtown Lagos .

The elevator can descend into the garage and the apartment is also wheelchair accessible. There are no special accommodations for the disabled.

The layout of the apartment is as follows. Entrance hall with closet for coats. Walk through the large dining-sitting room which is situated on the large balcony on the south-west with an over view of the marina and a water feature. There is one bedroom with en suite bathroom and a bedroom with separate bathroom. The kitchen is located in a separate room and fully equipped, including fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. There is a heating / air conditioning system in the living room and both bedrooms.

You can use the communal swimming pool and Health Club Hotel Marina de Lagos. In the Marina you will find many shops, cafes and restaurants just 200 meters from the apartment. Pingo Doce supermarkets and train station are less than 300 meters away. The beach is 10 minutes walk, a nice route along the old fishing port. A beautiful wide sandy beach is 5 km long in the bay of Alvor. Lagos center is directly accessible by a walkway to less than 5 minutes walk.

The Marina offers all possibilities for water sports. There are also opportunities for tennis, horse riding, safari tours, Zoo de Lagos, Zoo Marine, ultra light aircraft, etc.
In half an hour you are in Sagres, the most westerly point of Europe, Cabo de S. Vincente. Vincente. Slide and Splash water park and the Big One is also half an hour. In the immediate vicinity 5 beautiful golf courses that Palmares less than 5 minutes drive to the end of Meia Praia.

Policy

Renting minimum period is 1 week. First payment by signing the rental contract, last payment 8 weeks before arrival. Administrator is Erik Heijselaar with his office nearby. He can also take care of renting a good car and all kinds of excursions. Rental prices are including all costs. 4 cards available for free entry of the large swimming pool of Marina de Lagos. There is also a health and Spa centre.

In winter period special offers for long stay.
