This villa has five bedrooms, three baths, which comfortably accommodates as many as four with a queen-size bed, queen sofa sleeper, and built-in hallway bunk beds.

The villa has a remarkable kitchen with exotic granites and huge living area complete with flat screen TV and fireplace. The dining area gives you excellent views of the exclusive courtyard and pool. The laundry and a small bedroom with dual day bed and trundle are also on the first floor.

The villa is professionally decorated with beautiful furnishings, televisions, and DVD players throughout. There is a double car garage offered for your comfort. High speed internet with wireless access is offered throughout the home.

V5 Matilde vacation rental rates $553 per week.

During the months of June, July, August and September we may only accept bookings with arrival and departure on Saturday.
