Punta Esmeralda is located at the crossroad between Bucerias and La Cruz. Just a half hour beach walk into Bucerias where you will find an abundance of fine dinning, beach bars and shopping for all tastes. The other direction takes you into La Cruz where you will find one nicest artists markets each Sunday and the best fish market, open daily, in the Bay of Banderas. Being at the crossroads to La Cruz / Punta Mita and the highway north to Sayulita, San Pancho etc. Esmaralda is on the route of two bus lines coming from Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias. This was our second stay in this condo unit. Last year we were there for four months. We were able to get around quite easily by bus and taxi on occasion. The unit is very spacious and well equipped with all the essentials. It is very airy and has to have the nicest view in the complex. The three bedrooms and there separate baths ensures privacy for all guests. We had both teenage and toddler grand kids visit with us last year with their parents. All had a fabulous time and found more than enough in the area to keep them amused. The owner is a wonderful lady and has been extremely accommodating. Having had to alter our long term stay plans before coming this for medical reasons, she was gracious enough to fit us into an open week here and there and to find us some alternate accommodation in between. We highly recommend this unit and property. We found a great social life for us 50 plus folk as well as the quiet and serenest of a spa property.
The condo owner communicated very well with us both before and during our visit. She was also accommodating and responsive to our needs. We would enjoy staying there again.
we spent a month at Gabrielas Condo. It is beautifully furnished and has one of the best views over the bay. Punta Esmeralda is a great place for families, has many beautiful pools and has a great restaurant on the beach. The only drawback is the beach, which is very rocky to walk out on, and there are the oyster beds that are protected, so there is not much the community can do about it. however we had a great time and Gabriela was easy to work with and responded quickly to any requests. Can very highly recommend.
