Golden Palm vacation rental villa on the Beach in the romantic rentals zone near Koh Samui above beach, this luxury modern, gated, drive-in complex is beautifully landscaped on the tropical Thailand is in the heart of town where you can walk to everything. For design, setting and location, this Koh Samui villa rental is one of most stunning attractions.
 
The five bedroom suite is a detached casita with bedroom on each side of a centrally accessed bathroom. One queen bed and one dual bed in the other room are available. Both rooms have compartments for clothes and either a desk or table. Again overhead lights and fans make life relaxed. Outside one bedroom French doors open to a personal patio with a hammock successfully shaped for sleeping or reading or both. The bathroom has a three sided glass shower with distinctive tile walls.

The main house has a full kitchen with granite and marble counters all over. Wooden cabinets with glass windows reveal all the dishes and rum glasses you'll need.

Rates vary based upon the season and unique rates apply for holidays and special dates.

Policy

  • Daily rates include a full time Thai Chef (food cost on Guests account) Food & wine supply on purchase cost plus 15% handling/admin, or minimum 500 Baht handling fee per shopping
  • Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for High and Prime seasons)
  • Rates shown are for a maximum of 10 (ten) Guests (including children). Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night
  • Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
  • Airport transfer: US$ 35 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car
