If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 50% handling charge. There will be no refund after 60 days prior to arrival. For your peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.

2nd time's a charm

Can't say enough wonderful things about this place. We first discovered this gem 2 years ago. The accommodation suited us well with a separate large bedroom, full kitchen and living room and a huge patio (Bayfront #2). The communal space and the homey community vibe is what sets this place apart from the rest and keeps us coming back. Inga, Eric, and the rest of the team are the best hosts ever. Our 5 yr old daughter is able to roam around freely, playing with the multitude of toys and games. The guys cook up a weekly fish and rib dinner that is to die for. Best meal we've found on the island. And you can pair it with your own beer, wine, or home made margaritas out of the communal kitchen. We always meet friendly like-minded guests and enjoy hearing the adventures of the marina boat residents. This place holds a special place in our hearts.
