This beautiful house was just finished and is ready to welcome you to experience the Vacations of your life!
Located in a private property in the north part of the beach surrounded by big trees Casa Ceiba Mar offers four bedrooms and room enough for 12 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms on the first level, one with a King sized bed and the other one with a queen sized bed plus a bunk bed, single sized bed on top and single sized bed in the bottom. On the second level you'll find two more bedrooms both with a queen sized bed and one bunk bed, single sized bed on top and single sized bed in the bottom. Total sleeps 14 people. All 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and amazing ocean view. On the second floor there is also an ocean view TV room with a sofa bed, perfect for an after lunch nap.
The kitchen if fully equipped with all need it and has a 8 seats breakfast table. There is plenty of space in the living area with a large very comfortable couch.
Walking out the house in the ocean view terrace there is a 14 seats Guanacaste wooden dining table, picture your self having lunch or dinner in this beautiful table surrounded by your family and/or friends.
The house also offer a private ocean view infinity pool. Right next to the pool there is a kids zone covered with sand where they can safely play while you enjoy the pool and sun.
Close to the pool there are 2 huge Ceiba trees, the Mayan civilization sacred tree (the house was named in honor of these trees), they believed this tree was the connection between earth and the sky and gives positive energy to its surroundings and that's something you can feel in this property.
Casa Ceiba Mar is managed by All Costa Rica Rentals, a professional property management company located in Playas del Coco, very close to the house.
Our concierge department work directly with our renters before and during their stay to assist them with every little detail or service they might need. We offer all kind of services from a local cooker, professional chef, massages etc. We also have our own tours and transfers company called El Coco Tours with our own vans and a 26foot Grady White boat. We offer airport pick up, sport fishing, snorkel, sunset trips and tours to all the main attractions in Guanacaste area such as National Parks, rivers, volcanoes etc. Ask us for a quote!
