LOCATION: The home is located just two miles from Hendersonville's historic downtown quaint shops & eateries. Only 1 mile away is the public Patton Park with nature trails, Olympic size swimming pool, athletic field, racquet ball, basketball courts, playground, tennis courts and picnic area. It's a quick 25 minutes to Asheville's Biltmore House and downtown area.

5 BEDROOMS: Of the five well-appointed bedrooms, two are spacious master suites with ultra luxury king beds with sitting areas and private elegant bathrooms and one even has its own deck overlooking the pond. The three additional bedrooms are delightfully decorated & ample size for relaxing.

Four of the five bedrooms including both master suites are on the main level. The home has a total of two king beds, two queen beds, two twin beds, three queen sleeper sofas, as well as four twin air beds.

Policy

Add 11.75% taxes (sales tax + occupancy tax).

Add one time $150 - $350 cleaning fee depending on number of guests.

A Security Deposit May Be Required.

This home has a $500 cancellation policy per week.

$2737 IN SEASON Rate (= 15% off nightly rate) ADD $119 per week each additional guest May, June, July, August, October (except holidays).
