Graham View offers the perfect layout for two couples, each with their own private bedroom and bath located on separate floors.
The quiet and clean comfort of radiant heated floors welcome you. Step down into the sunken living room with warm floors underfoot, a 32” flat-screen TV tucked away in the built-in cabinetry, and wood burning fireplace for added warmth. The fully equipped European style kitchen has copper countertops and hidden appliances, gas cooktop, food prep areas facing the ocean, and built-in wall oven. The dining area seats four and has a sliding glass door offering direct access to the bluffs and surrounding trails.
On the entry level is a beautifully designed bathroom with a walk-in slated glass shower and full-length sliding doors, while the surrounding landscaping provides natural privacy. Just down the hall is the master bedroom with a King size bed and continued floor to ceiling windows for exquisite nature viewing from the comfort of the covers.
From the entry level, climb the main stairwell lined by a hand crafted birchwood railing to the upper level to find the second bedroom, bathroom, outdoor deck and private hot tub (this is a green hot tub - cleaned by an Ozonator, and no chemicals are used). The bedroom has stunning elevated views directly down the coastline with telescope for viewing stars and sea. The Queen-sized water tube bed provides the perfect symmetry of the ocean surroundings with the comfort of soft motion. The deck provides an ideal spot to lounge in the sun during the day, or for an evening glass of wine and star viewing.
Special touches throughout include Asian inspired artifacts, landscaping and fresh orchids create a home that inspires exceptional and memorable experiences for all that stay in it.
Linens are provided. Free internet service and unlimited domestic calling included and a built in washer/dryer is available. Please note: Graham View has a minimum guest age requirement of 8 years due to its proximity to the bluffs -- no exceptions, please.

The house and location were perfect. The website photos and write up were on point.there were no negative surprises.perfectly setup for two couples.
One of, if not the best, home we've stayed in at Sea Ranch. It's a dog friendly home and our lab loved it too. Great views! Saw multiple whales migrating north. Highly recommended!
