Description

SUMMER SPECIAL: 20% DISCOUNT WITH 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. DISCOUNT GOOD AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, AND OCTOBER, 2018.  Our tastefully furnished condo has it all, two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen, A/C in every room, easily sleeps 6 with a king size bed in the master suite, two full size beds in the guest bedroom, and even a full size sleeper sofa. For your comfort, all beds are equipped with Serta Memory Foam Mattresses and 500+ thread count sheets. There is a 32 LCD HDTV and Blue Ray DVD player in the master suite and a 42? LCD HDTV and Blue Ray DVD player in the living room. Dish satellite and wireless internet is provided at no cost to our guests. There is also a spacious terrace overlooking the lush gardens and beautiful swimming pool.
 
Every amenity has been included, such as the most luxurious pool in Playa, two huge whirlpool tubs, six in-pool lounging beds, equipped fitness center, game area with pool table, air hockey, and ping pong table. There is also a private parking space in the underground parking garage and elevators from the garage to all floors of the condo complex. Take a look at the pictures and I think you will agree. Better yet, come on down and experience the quality of vacation in paradise that you deserve.
 
Sabbia is located in the best neighborhood in Playa del Carmen and is close to everything: a short two minute walk to the famous 5th Avenue and another couple of minutes to the pristine waters of the Caribbean and the white sands of Mamitas Beach, restaurants to suit any taste, supermarkets, upscale stores, exciting tours, and the list goes on and on. Even though a private parking space is provided for you in the underground garage, a car is not necessary. You are within walking distance to everything!.

About the Owner

Rita and I are retired and live in a small town close to Austin, Texas. We adore each other and have been married over 40 years. We have two great son's and are a very close family. Our son's also live and work in the Austin area, which makes it easy to keep in close touch. We are very laid back and love to travel and enjoy exploring all of God's beautiful creations. We also love to play golf together and try to hit the course two to three times a week. We love visiting in our condo and sincerely hope you achieve as much pleasure as we do. We truly want you to be completely satisfied and will do everything we can to make sure you are. Tom and Rita Jackson purchased this condo in 2012

Just returned home (and back to snow) from the winter in Playa del Carmen. Our stay at Sabbia was another wonderful way to spend our time. The unit is very nice and fully stocked with everything you need to have a great holiday. The complex itself is save and clean as the workers are always ensuring the grounds are maintained very well. The staff is friendly and it's nice to return back to happy, familiar faces. We love our stay at Sabbia and thank Tom and Rita for proving us with such a nice place to call 'home' during the winter.

An absolutely awesome condo

My husband and I just recently stayed at this condo. We had the privilege of meeting the owners, Tom and Rita, and they are a very delightful couple and we were so impressed with them. Their condo is very tastefully decorated and a very comfortable condo to stay in and entertain. Their washer/dryer are absolutely awesome - the best. Everything about this condo is top notch. We have stayed at other condos in the area but this one tops all of them. The security at this building is great so you feel absolutely safe and the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. 5th avenue is just around the corner and the condo is located close to any kind of activity you want to do. I would definitely recommend this condo and we want to stay there again in the future.

My husband Jim and I have nothing but good things to say about our stay at Sabbia Condo. We were delighted to find everything we needed at the condo to make us comfortable. We felt safe and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. It was awesome to be so close to all we were hoping to do. We loved 5th Avenue, the beach, wonderful restaurants, some within a block of the condo, also the pool was very clean and never crowded. We rented a car a couple of days to go deep-sea fishing, and to experience Tulum and to snorkel at Akumal. Rita and Tom definitely did their research when they purchased this property.

We just returned from an absolutely ideal vacation in Playa del Carmen. This condo is so modern, clean, and well equipped. Fifth avenue is just steps away and the closest beach is breathtaking. The pool area was relaxing, and lots of fun for the kids. We really enjoyed the international mix of the other guests staying at the property. The condo itself is super clean, modern, and well appointed. We were able to prepare all of our meals which saved us a significant amount of money. The condo had an ample amount of towels and having the washer and dryer was wonderful. The underground parking was a definite plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful as was the property management company. The check in and check out process was extremely smooth. I could go on and on. You cannot go wrong with this property. Staying here made this vacation as perfect as it could have been. Thanks so much Tom and Rita.....I wish that we would have stayed the whole month.

Our stay at the Sabbia Condo was absolutely perfect! The condo is clean & comfortable with a great modern feel. The kitchen has everything you're looking for, the living room is perfect for lounging around, and the beds are so comfortable they make it hard to get out! The grounds were well kept & secure. The pool was an oasis! We lounged at the pool for hours almost every day. It was a real escape from every day life. At night it was an easy short walk to 5th Avenue where there was all the shopping, dining, & tourist attractions you could hope for. There are lots of great local restaurants even closer, including a great local restaurant right accross the street from Sabbia with a bar and pool to lounge in if you're looking for a change of scenery. The beach is literally just a few blocks away. This condo had everything we could have asked for & we would definitely go back!
