Spacious condo on 2nd floor offering a beautiful view of Sabbia’s pool and luxuriant gardens. Centrally located on calle 34, between 10 and avenues, right cross a stadium and sports center, 5 minute walk from the 5th avenue and 10 minute walk from the beach.
Our condo features two bedrooms with King Size beds and A/C in each room, sleeping accommodations for 4 other people, in-room safe, private balcony, free wireless Internet, fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances (refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, blender, dishes, cups, utensils, etc.), water cooler (you can order bottles a the desk), dining area with seating for 8 people, beach towels, umbrella and folding chairs, cooler, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, cable TV, cd/iPod/iPhone docking station, DVD player, charcoal grill and washing machine. All linens and towels are included, and we offer an initial supply of paper and soap products.
The building itself is very well maintained, clean and secure (security 24/7). Our guests enjoy access to the beautiful pool, two jacuzzis, a well-equipped gym, a nice and cozy business centre (magazines, TV, wireless Internet) and an entertainment area (billiards, ping pong, air hockey). There is a great selection of books, in English and French, in the lobby.
The condo is perfect for families with children: beach toys, a selection of videos, board games, colouring books and even a video game are included for you and the kids to enjoy!
The elevators are just beside, so you can put your luggage and groceries in them right from the trunk!
The condo is professionally cleaned before you arrive. It is wheelchair accessible, and right beside the elevators. You have access to a concierge, and a maid service is available ($). There is a launderette just a block away. We also provide a cell phone for your stay.
The stadium across the street houses a soccer field and a running track open to the public until late at night (people go there to run at night because it’s too hot in the day!)
If you want to cook, our kitchen has everything you need to prepare whatever you want. But if you prefer restaurants, there are plenty of them, and they are excellent! Ask us for our favorites!.

You have a great condo there Mr. Simard. We enjoyed it very much, it's in a great location. The condo has everything we needed to prepare our meals. We felt right at home and treated as it was our own. The condo is conveniently located by the building entrance and easy access to the elevator. From the condo, is an easy walk to the beach, ferry, ADO Bus Stations, Walmart and Mega. We truly had found our home away from home. Until next time and thanks again for having us as your guests.
The condo is great, more than enough room for the family and was close to everything. We travelled with our 2 small kids and the pool was great for them and us. Lots of sun in the morning and just a quick walk to 5th ave for breakfast after. The beach was a quick walk and the beach chairs and umbrella were great to have in the condo. Marie was great when we arrived and departed and was always around when if needed. We enjoyed our trip to your condo so much we have rebooked already. Thank you for all the hospitality and a 5 star place to stay in Playa.
My husband and I stayed here for ten days and it was great! This was not our first time renting condos in Playa and I must say it was the best. The place is very tastefully decorated and very clean. The openness of the condo made us feel right at home, very roomy with large bedrooms and baths. The location is second to none and ideal for walking around playa. Marie met us when we arrived and was available whenever we needed her. Super lady. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a great place for a great price!
