Wildlife includes deer and a large variety of marsh dwelling birds. The sunset view from the back porch is remarkable and is complemented by the peace and serinty of the natural landscape of the island.
The villa is in excellent condition, fully furnished, and supplied with everything needed for an enjoyable beach weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tennis Villa 218! We rented a golf cart and didn't use the car until the last day. We had a beautiful marsh view with deer greeting us each day. Villa is in close proximity to the Beach Club where you can visit the food court, swim in pools, and shop for souvenirs. The Cabana Club and our favorite pools were just a short drive down the island. The villa was clean and cool when we arrived. Some electrical outlets weren't working, but there's an abundance of them so there's no inconvenience. The 6 of us had more than enough room! We would love to stay here again!
It was beautiful! Close to everything. This was our first trip to Fripp Island and there were some hiccups on our part But the Owners were very gracious and patient with us. Best vacation yet!
This Tennis Villa unit has a wonderful sunset view over a vast expanse of marshlands that was so enjoyable to watch as the tides ebbed and flowed and the light constantly changed. The unit is well equipped for a family with a king bed downstairs and beds for 5 kids in the loft with 2 full baths. While the sliding glass door and bathrooms are showing their age, the new furniture (not pictured), decor and well stocked kitchen more than made up for these shortcomings. Gas grill, beach chairs and outside foot wash were unexpected bonuses. We loved this condo's central island location, which was an easy 5-min walk to an enormous, uncrowded beach and the amenity cards allowed us to rent bikes, go on a nature cruise, watch a magic show, buy fun treats, including blended drinks in the oceanfront pools at the Canana Club. Owner was responsive and easy to deal with. Hope to go back soon!
Great place to stay and we really had a great time. Good view of the marsh and close to the tennis courts. We plan on staying there again in the future.
It's a very comfortable villa and the location is fabulous. Very short walk to the beach or pools. Ideal location if you play tennis or bike. The deck is wonderful. It's so peaceful and the view is beautiful. Great place to totally relax but plenty to do when you want to be active. Fripp is a great place to watch nature or be in it (kayaking, crabbing, turtle watching, camps for kids in summer, etc.). It looks just like the pictures and the owner is very helpful about answering any questions you may have regarding the villa or the island.
